mostly solid. The flap I slightly tugged on in the photo isn't very durable, but since it's next to the charging port it's not a deal breaker I guess (and the tricky part, durable for such a small piece of TPU material I was afraid the smoothness of the rear grips won't hold me back but I was surprised they were ok I have a carry case for my switch (Animal Crossing foil) and the switch with the TPU case fits hardly, so I put it on. If I don't break my zippered bag AC, I will most likely have to invest in another bag, or I will have to bring a TPU bag separately
