The device can work for several hours, then the connection is lost and the device needs to be restarted. One day I contacted support and they offered to either replace it or I could have a technician fix it. I didn't finish everything with the equipment as I was busy with work. When I contacted them again they told me it was not a return policy and there was nothing they could do for me. If you buy this IF you have problems, take a refund and be done with them.
