There were problems with the first head unit, which was exchanged immediately without contacting the Hodozzi salesman. I can't thank them enough for trying everything to help. The bottom line is that this device is a bit of a hassle to set up, but I haven't given up and will try to fix any issues I've encountered, mostly with Blue Tooth and Wi-Fi. At the moment the range of Wi-Fi seems to be very limited. I solved this problem by taking the head unit out of the car and placing it on my desk about two feet away from the router. Then there will be no problems loading maps! Blue Tooth and I are still working out our differences, but maybe with some experimentation I can figure that out. The bottom line is that this main device costs hundreds of grand, but be prepared to play with it a bit to get it working. Again Hodozzi did his best to reassure me and they quickly offered help.
