Review on Michelangelo Delta Bike Stand by Laura Peterson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

NOT FOR EVERYDAY LIFE. Very weak, terrible hook design, finicky.

I bought this to use with a 58cm Trek Emonda road bike and a 19.5" Marlin 7 hardtail. They will only stack on top of each other when facing opposite directions, then separate by a maximum of 2 inches. The stand is very wobbly and wobbles slightly. I'm going to screw it to the wall (it comes with a strap, I wonder why) so it won't fall off. The hooks will not lock into any position and will slide down the post. The racks can also be brought closer to put them on the MTB, I had to use the hook on the saddle at an extreme angle. It would be impractical to use it on a daily basis unless you use it on kids bikes. I will probably return it. Edit: I downgraded this to one star and sent this item back. It just sucks. I really think it would be better if the two bottom bars were connected and then there was a belt or something to attach it to the wall both at the bottom and at the top. Also, the U-shaped top should have an adjustable (ideally) or non-adjustable center bar to make the rack wider, as one of the biggest design flaws is that the unit is narrow. Also, the hooks are absolutely awful and move when you try to put the bike on a rack. I really wanted to like it but I just can't.
