So I wear this thing around my waist with the included belt. I'm not a small person but the strap stretched enough to fit me and then some. I like that it has a pocket for a water bottle. I also bought a collapsible silicone cup and attached it to one of the rings you would use if you were carrying it on your shoulder. In other words, a complete set. You don't have to worry about cleaning the treat bag. A quart-sized Ziploc container will do just fine. The one I have has a zipper so it's easy to open and close and stay open while the treats are used. A nice side effect is that your dog can't smell the treat, or at least not as much, when you zip it up.
