I would give 4.5 stars, but I can't. It is very compact for a 4 x 4 KVM and also very reliable. When I switch from one computer to another, anything plugged into the USB (e.g. a webcam) or audio jacks is automatically switched so there is no need to reconnect them. The wired remote control is a very nice touch, only the design is a bit misleading with 1 on top, 2 on bottom and 3 and 4 on the sides instead of going in a circle or linear. I rarely have to reboot the kvm switch and that might happen after a power outage or when changing cables to monitors or computers. The only issue I had is that it doesn't support 4k monitors above 30Hz (at the OS level). This was already stated in the specs so I can't deduct a full star for that.
