I first had a problem with one of the parts and reported it to the company. They got back to me very quickly. Eventually I was able to fix it myself so I went ahead and built the whole block. I love it. except for one major drawback (in my opinion). Notice that in all the sample photos posted by the company, the device isn't directly visible on the wall? Because if you zoom in, you'll see that the pillars rising from behind aren't flat against the back, but are pressed against the wall. If you use this device in a narrow hallway like I did, it looks really stupid. They might as well have a coat hanger rising up from the center of the seat instead of the hooks that appear on the wall in the photos. Too much spacing and it looks awkward. Unfortunately after all this I will disassemble everything and send it back. :(
