We are going on a cruise in March and she will be able to play in the splash zone and in the sea. We ordered size 1-2 for our 17 month old baby. She weighs 22 pounds and fits perfectly. Not too tight and not too loose. This is a very comfortable material. I like that it can be folded up for packing.
