I like that it integrates with Google maps. I also like that it has an option to connect a third party. It's pretty straightforward from a tech perspective. I wish that I could set the default time of the alert for someone to get the notification. It's sometimes too late for a delivery to get back to the vehicle. It also doesn't go out to the company's email address, it goes to my personal email. It's not a big deal for me, but it would be nice if it included a link for the company's email address. I've been using this for over a year and I've never had a problem with this. It's just helped me get deliveries to my customers on time and on my routes. I like the ease of use and the fact that it is cloud based. I also like that it is a very reliable and easy to use. I dislike that it is not as user friendly as other apps. The app is very easy to use but it is not as user friendly as other apps. I also dislike that it does not have a way to have a different app for different companies. I am able to use it for my company and it is very easy to use.
