Got my last order (I used to be a regular customer) and the resin looked like toffee in a bottle. It doesn't even come out of the nose. I took the lid off, stuck a popsicle stick in, and pulled out what appeared to be clear chewing gum. He was almost rigid. When I decided it was just a bad bottle I immediately agreed to a refund and replacement and two days later a new bottle arrived. It's okay, everything is fine and have a speedy recovery I thought. Well the same thing happened. I opened the bottle, spilled down the spout and the resin inside was like chewing gum again. It doesn't look like a normal liquid gel in consistency. My guess is that this batch was exposed to UV rays or SOMETHING SOMETHING during manufacture which caused it to almost cure in the bottle. Time. Went with another company. I tried to contact the company but I can't find the email. I had to make a return through the channels of the Amazon.
