Because of its shape, it only fits in the box one way. Also, look for the label on the filter itself that indicates which side is up. This is a little different than what you might expect. After removing the four clips on the passenger side trim and lifting the passenger side trim and filter cover, remove the old filter if present. Use a flashlight to examine the inside of the filter box. On the bottom of the box you will see rectangular plastic tabs. Insert the back of the filter first and press down on the back until it touches these tabs, then simply press down on the rest of the filter. The YouTube video notes that the filter is an "uncomfortable" fit. This is due to the shape of the filter and the configuration of the filter box.
