Works just like the original.
My 17.5hp B&S Intek engine. After cooling for a few minutes it will work again, but then turn off again when it gets hot. I was only able to mow about a hundred feet of lawn before it stopped. I remembered having a similar problem with an air conditioner at work in the 1980's which turned out to be a faulty starter coil that opened circuit when hot but worked fine when cold so I bought one this ignition coil in the hope that it will cure my diseases. And so it was. My self-propelled mower is working again and I can mow the whole yard. The device has a slightly different shape than the factory coil, but it fits very well.
