I have an old corded Dremel and I love it, but sometimes I don't want to pull the extension cord or need it too far from the outlet. I got it for those times. This is a decent basic starter kit, but of course you can find and use compatible attachments anywhere. It should work with most Dremel compatible parts. I love that it comes in a plastic storage box with a manual USB charging cable. You attach the "bit" or whatever you call it by loosening the top, pushing in and tightening while holding the knob that locks it in place (no tools required or included unlike my Dremel). The tool allows you to choose one of 3 different speeds. It works fairly well, although (unsurprisingly) not as powerful as a mains-powered rotary tool. For that reason, I'd say it's good for simple, light work like crafting, quick repairs, etc. If you want to do loops, loops, etc., you're better off with a current and runtime model. . For light work, the convenience of this cordless tool can hardly be surpassed.
