3 The portable pump was slightly charged. It took about 3 hours to fully charge. I love that it works as a power bank and the size is great for travel. It comes with a nice nozzle that you can put on the pump hose to avoid touching the hot hose. The mine is definitely safer. The power button is simple and the hose barbs are made of excellent material and easily screw on for use. Blow up both balloons and my bike tire. Tried it on my car tire as after a few minutes it went back to the car's performance level. It was easy to store and would come in handy.
