Review on Sapro Hotel PMS by Brett Gilbert

I like that it is mobile friendly and easy to use. There are many features which can be customised for your needs, and it is fairly intuitive once you get familiar with how things work. It would be nice if there was an option to have an automatic reminder when someone checks in or out of their room. This would allow me to see who has checked in without having to check manually. I wish the mobile app had more options, but I am sure this will improve over time. As long as you're comfortable with using a computer, this is a great piece of software. The customer support isn't always at its best, but they do listen to what you say. We've been able to track all of our guest's check-ins easily and quickly!
