I used this to replace the header on my 2001 Toyota RAV-4. Seems to be a quality direct replacement. The elbows, welds, material and design appear to be equal or better than the OEM part, although I can't judge the quality of the catalytic converter. The distributor plate going against the engine is the most obvious difference. The pacesetter is very thick (about 3/8") and looks like it was cut from a 3/8" plate. The OEM part looks like it was stamped from 8 gauge sheet metal. The only issue I had with the installation was that some of the heat shield screw holes didn't line up with the pacesetter head at all. I simply omitted these bolts and so far no rumble or rumble has assured my omission.
