Review on JUKI HZL F300 Sewing Quilting Machine by Karla Richter

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Everything I wanted and more!

I have been a housekeeper and dresser for a community theater for many years. With retirement approaching, I wanted to switch to a computer-controlled sewing machine. I have thoroughly researched the best machines (Bernina, Janome, Juki, Singer and Brother) and even "tested" some of them at a local sewing machine dealer. I was looking for a machine that is durable, reliable, quiet and capable of ironing both delicate and coarse fabrics. Of all the mid-range machines, the 300 seemed to have all the features I wanted at a reasonable price. I was very happy with my purchase. It was easy to set up. The instruction manual is easy to understand with well-written instructions and illustrations. The tension is easily adjustable. The automatic needle threader always works and I love the automatic thread cutter. My first project was a tailored wool coat. The stitches are perfectly even, the machine easily processes multiple layers of wool and smooth lining. I suppose I'd be happy with any other machines I've considered but haven't tested. However, this car has everything I wanted and more. I hope to use it for many years. However, this car has everything I wanted and more. I hope to use it for many years.
