This is great for removing the top hose on the radiator but if you don't have easy access to the rest of the hoses it doesn't matter. The adjustment screws stick out when you adjust them for the big clamp and just get in the way. If you unscrew the offending adjustment screw, the pliers will not close tight enough. Overall, they're great for some things, and for others, they add a level of frustration that borders on the unreasonable.
