Great mount except for larger handlebars

I wanted this to work for me; It has all the features I wanted for my iPhone 12 Mini: it enables FaceID and the ability to swipe up. But my bike has wide handlebars that won't fit in the clamp unless I take out all the spacers. Then the protection against blows would not be sufficient. Sorry for me but should work for a regular sized steering wheel.
