Review on Drywall Sanding Sponge Blocks - Optimal for Sponge Sanding by Kyle Awasthi

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good inexpensive set of sanding blocks

I love these pre made sanding blocks. I mostly make my own from old 2x4 pieces with a sheet of sandpaper attached around it. Sometimes the things I sand down need something softer to get into curved areas or indentations and these sandpaper coated sponges work really well. Spring. This of course gave me the idea of attaching the sandpaper sheets to the sponges, but that would have been much more difficult as I couldn't use the sponge clips like I did with wood. . These should last a while depending on the size of your projects and are worth the price if you buy a 12-pack in bulk, with a variety of grits that are easy to see from every angle. Generally a good set of sponges for small jobs. on projects with curves or grooves that require a softer feel. Prevents "sanding" like you would with a power sander or a hard block sander.

Pros
  • Sanding sponges
Cons
  • Damaged
