PetFlow is a retail online shopping medium for catering for different kind of pets like the cats, dog, bird etc. They also cater for fishes, sell cats food and dogs drugs etc. The brands provided by this store is very many numbering over 250. The shipping process is very fast the maximum delivery is just 3 days as it has many brands. Since I couldn't use this store as it does not support any service to my country, I decided to explore it does to my positive experience with them. According toy research, I came to realize that this company has no good supporting system to customers complaints. This has to be improved on for avoidance of underpopulation of customers. The means of communication on this platform is not appreciated, it has only twin means which is either through email or phone call which is too limited for quick response to customers, I think if other method is adopted the company will grow further. Thank you.
