I bought this for my cat who has a runny nose after the vet recommended a much more expensive product. She hasn't had any signs of sneezing or sneezing since using it. Lysine is an amino acid that appears to disrupt the viral replication cycle, so it's great for people (or pets!) who struggle with lingering colds, cold sores, or during the winter months. There's so much in this bag I've shared; I have a special container for my cat and some I keep for myself when I'm feeling exhausted and need to be fed! The only downside is the bag is a bit odd, but I just moved it into my container (reusable yogurt container) and boom, problem solved. The powder itself can be a little bitter, so be sure to mix it with yogurt (if it's for yourself) or wet cat food if it's for your feline friend.
