Do not buy art, paintings and art supplies

As my budget is tight I always check stock and compare items to regular items as well as other sellers. This is a very good (used) mixed media pencil set. I suspect the original buyer was disappointed in them. None of the charcoal or pastels were sharpened; all the others were, some obviously used and sharpened more than once, others sharpened and the tips broken off. Yes, disappointing, but not the end of the world. The pens are comfortable to hold and the colors (one of the colors I tried) are easy to apply. The mine's storage tank was also marked as damaged; Unfortunately, I have many of my own options for saving fonts - metallic, pastel, watercolor. Money is not wasted. AMENDED OPINION: I withdraw my consent on 05/23/19. After the trials and tribulations of sharpening them, I cannot condone them. I sharpen by hand and don't know if an electric sharpener will improve the results. Only the graphite set could be sharpened well. Color transitions are very fragile, especially pastels and watercolors (not surprising), especially blues and greens. Two are now actually 3 inch plugs. Very disappointing. I'm sticking with my Prismaolor and Derwent pens.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some mistakes
