Made cheap for pencils

Break easily, some break and some pastel pencils just can't be sharpened without breaking again and again. I sent them back

Bad buy for art supply

There were so many pencils that broke in the middle of the pencil. Some carry scratch paper. Portrait pencils are great.

Pros

Cons
  • Can be damaged

These crayons must be shipped in a box, not an envelope.

I love pens. The only thing is that the glass was completely damaged. The container was bent and unusable. I was hoping to store pencils in it. Luckily the pencils were fine, except for two that had their tips broken off in transit. It must be sent in a box, not an envelope.

Pros
  • Durable surface
Cons
  • Update available

Color and metallic, not worth it

I was only interested in colored pencils and metallics. Colored pencils hold the point very well for details. Fit well, a little soft. I think kastart crayons and creyart oil crayons are better. I wouldn't buy them again. Metallic has good colors. Pink and red don't look pink and red at all, they look brown. Crayola Metallic is better.

Do not buy art, paintings and art supplies

As my budget is tight I always check stock and compare items to regular items as well as other sellers. This is a very good (used) mixed media pencil set. I suspect the original buyer was disappointed in them. None of the charcoal or pastels were sharpened; all the others were, some obviously used and sharpened more than once, others sharpened and the tips broken off. Yes, disappointing, but not the end of the world. The pens are comfortable to hold and the colors (one of the colors I tried)…

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some mistakes

Never heard of Kingart. But I'm glad I tried these pens. This is a good deal and a great introduction to different types of pencils. I have Prismacolor watercolor pencils and regular pencils, which are arguably the gold standard for artists' pencils. And I can tell a difference in pigmentation and quality/performance. But they are also insanely expensive. The set comes in a sturdy metal case with 2 layers of pens. The first layer contains regular colored pencils and watercolor pencils, which I…

Multimedia Student Kit

This is a chunky kit that tries to do a lot, and probably tries to do too much. I have other, smaller sets that come with just charcoal, or just pastels, or just watercolor pencils, or just regular pencils, and they seem to be more useful than a giant two-tiered set trying to accommodate them all. My can was smashed in transit so the can can't close properly, although pliers helped a lot to straighten it. But even if it wasn't broken, the design wouldn't be good because you have to lift the…

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as the other options
