I like that we can easily see where our products are in inventory. This makes it easy for us to know when to reorder or order more from suppliers. Also, the system has helped us improve our customer service because customers can track their orders through the website. The software needs some work to make it better. It is not user friendly. We would recommend this software to anyone looking to improve their inventory management. We have improved our inventory management by tracking what products we need. What I like best about this program is that it has all my favorite features in one place! It's easy for me as an employee or manager (or both) because everything can be done from within our own office network with no need ever leave work behind when we travel away at conferences etc., so there are never any issues where someone else needs access but they're not available/at home - which would otherwise cause delays while waiting around until others return after conference calls / meetings elsewhere.
