At first it was only the buttons that annoyed me. I couldn't figure out if I had to press the button lightly or smash it to get a response. It started with the power button, then the "Reset" button. Now I can't reset at all. Then it turned out that this is not even correct. When weighing (several things, multiple times), each reading gave different results. Considering I use this to measure my pets' food, it sucks when the machine just makes an "accurate" ESTIMATING. I feel like I could figure out the measuring spoons myself and do all the conversions myself. When the scales can't do their ONLY job; It's a waste of money. This morning, after only 2 months of ownership, an error message popped up and now it won't even turn on. I switched off the batteries, gave it time, tried different ways to hit the damn power button. (Which I shouldn't have done when it was new) Nothing. And now I can't even return it and get my money back. 👎🏽 Get another scale. Just pay a few dollars more for a reputable one. Now I wish I had 😂
