Review on EPR Fireworks by Kenny Sarma

I like that it is easy to use especially when you have multiple computers or mobile devices at your disposal during any given event. It's not as user friendly if all of the computer screens are in front of each other making things harder than necessary. If there were more options available within this software including different layouts such as alphabetical by department instead of chronological please consider implementing these changes so we can make our job easier! We've been able fix issues quicker without having to email support first which has saved us time! Notifications from alerts/emergencies quickly relay information between departments allowing staff members to respond faster using their own personal device. This helps keep everyone informed and saves precious minutes while still keeping up communication among employees who may be working across town but need immediate assistance due to medical emergencies.
