Please see the following warning before purchasing these mugs: We have been using these mugs for about two weeks. Then one morning we were making coffee, sitting down to enjoy it, and we heard this very faint "ringing" without knowing what it was or where it was coming from. I picked up my cup to take a sip and the bottom of the cup broke off. Coffee everywhere and to top it off I was barefoot at the time and my butt cut my leg open (bloody mess). Now, while we were cleaning up the coffee and bloody mess, another cup of coffee sitting on the table made the exact same "tinkling" sound, and we noticed a thin crack in the bottom of her cup, at which point she rushed back to the kitchen sink (just in time) as the bottom of her cup broke off as well. sounds crazy but it's true! You may be wondering how the other four cups are holding up? Well, you have to look at the city's dump. Anyway I have to agree with other comments, yes they look nice but these mugs are awful!
