The delivery was very fast and the product was well packaged. I bought this for my star because he loves to grab his poop and throw it in a cup of water. He also likes to tear up newspaper and dip the strips in water. He has also recognized that newspaper weakens when it is wet, so he will attempt to deliberately pour water from a cup onto the newspaper or wet his beak to wet the newspaper, whereupon he will poke or peddle holes in the lining goes. and tear paper. After some repositioning, I finally managed to attach the water tank to the cage wall, tilted slightly forward. This allows the water to fill the front trough a little more, making it easier for my star to drink. It has a long beak and I was concerned that the trough would be too shallow. It only took him a few seconds to realize it was a water dispenser. He's usually scared to death of anything I put new in the cage, especially bright things, so he surprised me with his willingness to use the feeder and his lack of fear. This is the first time he's not crazy about something new since he was a chick. The water tank was installed above the bottom of the cage so my starling has to sit down to get a drink. This has eliminated all of his newspaper and poop shenanigans and he enjoys pecking and exploring the water tank's body making it feel like a new toy too. Finally I can use the normal amount of newspapers. Attachments are safe and easy to understand. For the price it seems to do a wonderful job. The cork doesn't have one of those delicate ball and socket designs that can easily clog with debris. You can use it to remove just the water pipe or the entire manhole, the latter requiring some persuasion. Much more convenient than unscrewing everything every time you want to change the water or clean the silo or feeder. I don't understand these negative reviews, you can even remove the bolt and nut to change the direction you want to mount this thing. I can see the bindings can loosen due to heat or age but for the price this is a great addition to my strong cage.
