I like how it has multiple different ways to navigate through your emails which allows you flexibility when searching for documents or articles within specific messages/emails that relate directly back to my job duties etcetc. It doesn't have all of our information yet but we are working towards getting everything transferred over from Outlook so this will be nice once complete! There haven’t been any issues as far as using during work hours only (which helps immensely). We were having trouble finding certain files because they moved into another folder after being sent out by someone else who was still at their previous position while also transferring data between two new employees; therefore allowing us access to both sets of folders. This program helped solve these problems quickly without spending too much time doing research online regarding what other programs may work better than ours currently do since we didn’t know exactly where those things would go until later down the road anyway.
