I like that I can manage my billing from the palm of my hand. I like the ability to set up my appointments to ensure that there are enough providers on board. It is difficult to set up recurring appointments, specifically as a provider. I would like to have an option to have all appointments made automatically recurring as needed for billing. Also, the billing can take a little more time than I would like, particularly doing a large volume billing. This makes it more difficult to do. I love how efficient the program is. It is really easy to learn and get up to speed with. I am able to spend my time in the clinic and on the road as I need to. I like that you can see all of your patient information at one place, it helps me with our insurance issues as well because we use multiple companies for healthcare coverage! It does take some time getting used too but once its there everything runs smoothly!! We have been able t help ourselves by using this system. If anyone has any concerns just give them an opportunity try out their services first before deciding not ot do business withem anymore. !
