Very upset. I bought this and was waiting for a new radio to be fitted to my car so it could be fitted as well. After a professional installation the product was found faulty and two days after the return date I lost money on the faulty product. The screen turned on and turned blue for a second, then went black. The LEDs flash, but it does not return to the working state. It was professionally installed and they said they've seen issues like this before on various devices, so I'm not saying every screen will be like this, just try to get your screen installed asap so you can use it if possible get back.
