Suitable for hanging a double lamp for a turtle terrarium. I had to use a screwdriver in the hole in the bottom panel to remove the excess metal. Apparently, tapping on the screw hole pushed the shavings inward, blocking the insertion of the square bar. I just took a flat head screwdriver, put it through the drill bits and hit it with a hammer. There were almost no burrs, however, they interfered with the assembly of the assembly. After the drill bits were removed the square piece went in with no problem. UPDATE: No problem with the stand, but after a month the 20 gallon reservoir broke. Most likely due to the stress on the tank as the stand is under one side (as in the product image). For those doing the same, use a 1/8" thick piece of wood and cut out the base shape so the tank doesn't sit on the base at all; therefore without causing uneven stress on the tank.
