I've been able to test this for a few days, here are my results: Pros: Efficiency: the 2 metal pads actually heat or cool at an impressive rate. I didn't think it would be that effective. Compact: I like it better than the traditional fan cooler which is bulkier and much larger. It's easier to carry around. Dual Mode: I like that it has cooling and heating modes instead of just one. Thermometer: It has a sensor that measures the internal temperature and the numbers are displayed on an LCD screen attached to the body. .Temperature control: There are 3 heating levels and 3 cooling levels, which can be easily adjusted. I don't usually turn the Hot setting to the maximum because it gets too hot for my throat. modern Type-C port instead of Micro-USB. Now I can use my phone charger to charge it. Easy to Use: No manual required. you can get through it Cons: Small area of skin contact with the pad: I really wanted it to cover a large area to get the best effect.
