Better than I expected

So for those of you who need a short break from the heat at work I highly recommend this product. Yes, there are other alternatives, but this one definitely deserves a spot on my must-have list. The diode technology used is fantastic. The only minor gripe I have is that they don't offer models with 3 diodes: 1 for the neck and 1 for each side. Besides, it is a great addition to your high temperature working environment. it is comfortable and fits very well. A+

A+++ product ideal for medium sized or small people

Excellent product - made for small people. Cool is pretty cool and the heat is noticeably warm but not uncomfortable. If there was a version with adjustable length and neck pressure I would buy it. I recommend this for the average or small person. I'm 6'1", I have a thick neck and it sits on the crook of my neck. It's almost silent, has multiple heat and cool settings, and the backlight and display can be turned off.

Cracked in half after 6 uses and ONE DAY AFTER closing the return window!

This product has potential. It's weird because you don't really think it's helping until you take it off your neck and realize how cold it was. I would give it 5 stars except that it is cheaply made and constructed and broke in half after 6 2-3 hours of use. I was about to put it around my neck and it broke in half. I didn't stretch it much or anything, just cracked it in half. Worst of all, he did it ONE DAY AFTER THE RETURN PERIOD! So I believe I ran out of money I paid for unless the seller…

Greta theoretically. suitable for portable devices

This is a pretty easy device to use and great in theory but today it was 98F and I was trying to test the device and I put it on the coldest setting what im Interior approximately is 26c. However, once the item is placed on your skin or exposed to heat, it refuses to drop below 30℃. Still impressive for wearables

I've been able to test this for a few days, here are my results: Pros: Efficiency: the 2 metal pads actually heat or cool at an impressive rate. I didn't think it would be that effective.
