This is a pretty easy device to use and great in theory but today it was 98F and I was trying to test the device and I put it on the coldest setting what im Interior approximately is 26c. However, once the item is placed on your skin or exposed to heat, it refuses to drop below 30℃. It would be great for cooler days but unfortunately that's not the only problem with this product, the product is also very small and fits very tight around your neck which can be great when you exercise but the problem is it so much pressure is put on the neck that it actually restricts blood flow and makes it impossible to wear it for more than a few minutes.
