I was disappointed with this product when I received it and connected it to my computer. The physical design is beautiful. I had one of the ones sold at Revain - the ones that have 4 sharp corners and are shaped like a butterfly. I like the physical design of it a lot more. It's great to have two different incline heights and the non-slip grips are much stronger and better made than the ones on my old ice pad. That's why it's such a shame that the airflow is so weak. I can feel more cool air being forced out of my laptop ports, but that's only when the internal fans aren't running. I wanted a cooling pad that would keep my laptop cool when I'm doing something that gets it hot, which is the purpose of a cooling pad, but this one doesn't fit. It's not big enough either. It is positioned to be suitable for use with laptops up to 17 inches. And yes, you can fit your 17-inch device on it, but that doesn't make it the right size for such a large laptop. I would not recommend this for a laptop over 15 inches. If it were bigger and had faster and more powerful fans it would be perfect for me.
