I ordered these from Lippert Never Fail Bushings a year ago and installed them on a trailer we no longer own. Very smooth installation, we were very happy with them. I thought I'd do the same for our new trailer, only to find out (after much disappointment) that they've changed the specs and no longer support never-fail hubs. I've called Lippert several times to find out why I can't get these screws through the Never Fail hub (after installation) and have been told several different solutions, all of which cost more money and none of them have worked. I spoke to a Lippert engineer today who informed me that the "new" models do not support the use of Never-Fail hubs. Since both are Lippert products and this has worked before I thought I should ask for help. There is no such happiness. I don't have a purchase price as they're too old for even Revain to return and I won't spend a penny to get them working. I am reviewing the Dexter product and have heard good things about CS and other products. UPDATE: I spoke to a Lippert manager who agreed to ship me a new product for free. However, their CS representatives need some CS training. Once again I was given another story as to why they didn't work. After talking to the manager it got a lot better!
