Spin to Win - Spinning Card Tray

I was a bit skeptical about this product as many of the reviews online are not very positive about the build quality of the product. The item arrived intact (always a good start), no chips or cracks. However, instead of being shaky and easy to turn, it was just the opposite. It was very stable and didn't rotate very easily. A little WD 40 and voila! Spins almost perfectly. Spins easily but doesn't spin out of control. As for the fact that the device is unstable, we have no problems with it. We play two-deck card games, so there are between 1 and 1 1/2 decks left after the original hands are dealt. The device handles this well and does not tip over or become unstable. I also tried putting two full decks on one side and the other empty (just to see how the device would work) and the device leaned towards the full deck a bit. sideways, but not overturned. This also turned out to be fine, but the two full decks stack higher than the sides of the tray and can slide over the top of the device when spinning if it's spinning quickly. (with two full decks on one side, that's about 20 cards higher than the card holder walls) What you need to know about a two-deck block is that it's built for ONE DECK EACH SIDE. If you try to fit two or three decks on one side of the device, you technically overload the device. If you play card games where you have more than 2 decks left at the beginning of the game to put on one side of the device, I would recommend buying a large deck with 6 decks (3 on each side).** UPDATE 3/ 11/2013: I stopped playing cards one evening and the spinning block fell apart when I took it off the table. It turns out that the rotating block is held together by a simple plastic plug on the bottom of the block. It looks like no glue was used to hold the plastic plug in the rotating base. Reassemble the assembly (the parts consist of three ball bearings, a rotating plastic base, and a plastic plug) and place a drop of CA on the plastic plug. The device is reliable again and I do not expect any further problems with this device. So far happy with the purchase. In fact, I'm ordering two more.

Pros
