Upgraded! The originals weren't strong enough, they have extra magnetic holding power and work perfectly. The only downside is that shavings will stick to the magnets, but this is much better than a parallel holder or a steel band between the vise jaws. If you're working with multiple parts, that's great, you don't have to worry about your parallels going up and down and the chips falling under. They stay down. They are great for 1/8" and 1/4" parallel. 1/2 inch they work, but with a stretch.
