I would not recommend them for a betta or long fin aquarium. They may be soft, but they will still snap long fins. Some artificial plants are delicate but not overly so. I really don't understand why people say it's soft plastic when it seems like regular plastic plants to me. But in my aquarium they look beautiful. Value for your money if you're not ready for real plants. Or if it's just not your thing. One more thing, the description says 21, but it's only 20. They're not soft plastic, just ordinary plastic plants. It would be great if they described it properly.
