Great product for my needs and a lot of fun to use. Great workout. I'm not a heavy user, only a workout or two a week but this was perfect for me. This is another bag I can't pass by without stopping to hit it a few times. It was easy to set up. Most of the time was spent filling up the base with sand. The hole is very small and sand is constantly accumulating in the funnel. There is a lot of knocking, poking and shaking involved. I read that sand is heavier so I went with it and got close to 50 pounds in the base. Then I filled large plastic bottles from the dollar store with sand and placed them in a weight bag over the base. It's very durable and doesn't move. I've seen people complain about the rim of a plastic cup hitting the bottom of the bag. I wrapped mine in Lowe's or Home Depot Styrofoam and then wrapped in duct tape. Easy to make and easy to replace when worn out. It hasn't loosened or worn out for me yet. So far it's been excellent for me and I feel like I've already earned my money. Unstoppable fun. Great workout.
