The Reflex punching bag is a great addition to my home gym. The only major downside is that after about a year the bag starts tearing and I know it's only a matter of time before it falls apart. It is not possible to order a replacement bag without purchasing a new reflex kit. I'm giving it 3 stars because of missing parts. I hope that in the future they will allow their customers to order or receive replacement bags as the bag will fail.

Lots of feedback because the base isn't standing still. The problem is that you use water! Sand is required as a base and weighting agent. Highly recommended. I used Lowes Play Sand. $5 per bag. I bought two. One more thing - the instructions for setting the speed are a bit tricky. Speed 1 and 2 are two different bags. The large bag is speed 1 and the small bag is speed 2. Whoever designed this product should be fired. First, the base isn't heavy enough to hold the bag in place. I filled it with water, filled an extra bag with weights and water bottles and put a pack of 28 water bottles on top and the bag shook unbearably. The bubble inside the bag moves so much that after a few sessions it starts tearing the bag. Great product for my needs and a lot of fun to use. Great workout. I'm not a heavy user, only a workout or two a week but this was perfect for me. This is another bag I can't pass by without stopping to hit it a few times. It was easy to set up. Most of the time was spent filling up the base with sand. When I first started using the bag, the first thing I noticed was that it wouldn't hold in place. I filled the base with water, put 60lb dumbbells in the bag and it still bounces every time I hit it.
