Whoever designed this product should be fired. First, the base isn't heavy enough to hold the bag in place. I filled it with water, filled an extra bag with weights and water bottles and put a pack of 28 water bottles on top and the bag shook unbearably. The bubble inside the bag moves so much that after a few sessions it starts tearing the bag. Also the main metal rod will break sooner or later when screwed to the bottom with a weak metal screw which will break inside the hole rendering the bag unusable. But the silliest part of the design is the hard plastic base just below the punching bag. I hit him with MMA gloves and I had a bloody knuckle, I bruised the bottom of my finger, bruised my elbow and my toe. Remember that the bag moves quickly and the base is the same color, so even with perfect technique you will hit it and hurt yourself.
