All of our leads are generated from social media, so we don't have to pay for them. We can also use our own landing pages or website to capture leads, rather than having to rely on LeadLovers' templates. I would like to see more integrations with other tools, such as Hubspot/Salesforce. Also, I wish there was an option to set up filters in my "Contact Preferences" so that when a lead comes through, it only goes into my queue if they meet certain criteria. This allows me to prioritize which leads to work on first. It's saved us money by not having to purchase leads, and it has allowed us to scale quickly.
