These screws appear to be of good quality. I used one to replace a broken turnbuckle on my drill press. I had to modify the head to fit as there wasn't enough room in the lining for it. I simply pulled the chuck into the threaded end of the screw and used my drill bit as a lathe to turn the head of the screw and put a metal file on it to file it down to size. I also ground a notch in it so I could tighten it with a screwdriver. The drill I replaced the turnbuckle on was a Greenworks 24v drill.
