Couldn't be better for the price. If you don't want to have stock, this wheel is great to install as an accessory or even install on its own. I have both apps. It would have been 5 stars because with the price of the extra screw they were halfway to a bearing that would settle if force was applied to it. If your door is well made, it doesn't take much effort. Even if you have carefree children or spouse, your door stays on the right track. Should your door ever fail, even if accidentally installed, your operator is defective and must be returned or repaired. Since all of my barn doors and the walls around them are real reclaimed wood, I wanted a minimum of hardware to spoil the aesthetic. It has a nice clean look and a small footprint.
