I work on and collect old radios; This disassembly tool is ideal for removing components from circuit boards. Before I bought this I used a regular soldering iron and a separate desoldering tool with a spring loaded piston (similar to the one that comes with Tenma). Not only did this method require two hands, it also meant moving the iron away from the joint and the desoldering tool quickly enough to prevent the solder from curing. The Tenma tool does both. Disassembly for cleaning is not intuitive, there are no instructions but there is a video on YouTube. There are (I'm told) better commercial teardown tools, but they cost hundreds of dollars. If you're a crafter like me, this will do and should be on your table!
