Edit: On our remote, the volume up button turns the light off and the volume down button turns it on. lol! I've been searching for an hour trying to figure out which copper wire LED strings are closer to the warm white soft glow I love. I didn't want bluish shades of light that look totally unnatural, instead I took a chance and ordered them after not being able to find detailed information on the color itself in many of these listings. They are definitely warm white in color, no bluish or greenish tint. We tested it right out of the box and everything worked as it should with the remote control. Dimming options are important to keep the tree always on, but they're ideal in lower light. We've had them for less than a week but I don't see any problems. They are graceful and delicate, just what I wanted for our Christmas tree. We have a 7.5 foot tall artificial tree and I ordered 100 foot lights which was perfect. If you are looking for a warm white LED on copper wire, this really is perfect! For the price I got everything I needed and didn't feel like I spent too much.
