Revainrating 5 out of 5

Welcome to your new kitchen tool

I was watching a YouTube channel called BBQ Pit Boys. I'm pretty sure it's the knife they use in the video. I bought it for about $20 and they wanted $99! First, it's a big knife. I'm talking about a machete or a short sword. With this blade you can clear jungle thickets or collect hobbits. It also easily slices turkey, chicken, ribs, etc. The edge was a bit rough when it came out. I put it on a whetstone for a few minutes and sharpened - it's very sharp. I think what I like best about this knife is that I'm not afraid to use it. I have expensive knives in my kitchen - I could buy 5 or 6 of them for the price of one. However, I always think of scratching the blade, dulling the blade and hesitating to use it. The hickory knife feels like a tool, and I mean in a good way. If I scratch it, drop it, kick it (oops), it doesn't matter - it's a tool. Warnings about this knife: - It is not suitable for a woman. She says: Why do you need such a big knife? Yes! Why not? - I don't know where to keep it. My kitchen isn't made for a short sword. It's on a shelf in my garage right now. He is heavy. Your hand gets tired when you cut her steak at the table. Need a cover. I'm looking and haven't found it yet.
